Fred's lifelong dream was to one day play on the stage of the GRAND OLE OPRY. In 2000 that dream became a reality when Country Music Legend & GRAND OLE OPRY Member Jack Greene hired him on with his band. Since then Fred has had an impressive track record as a musician in the Industry, including a performance at the WHITE HOUSE in Washington, D.C. He also played alongside Stella Parton, Julie Reeves, Melvin Goins and Mike Daniel. Fred has also opened for numerous acts such as, Brad Paisley, Rascal Flatts, Billy Ray Cyrus and Ricky Skaggs just to name a few. In 2018 Fred released his debut solo album and single "HOUSE OF GOLD" that rose to #10 on the Singing News Bluegrass Charts.
Recently Fred partnered with the non-profit organization "LIVING WITH A CAUSE". LIVING WITH A CAUSE consist of a group of people across America that is dedicated to making a real difference and supporting CAUSES of people in need. Members pledge to support communities who are in need by feeding the hungry, supporting our Veterans- the wounded, active & fallen heroes, finding organ donors and many more CAUSES. LWAC received the local Red Cross Award for CHILDREN & COMMUNITY in 2015.
