The Crabb Family Celebrates GRAMMY Nomination

The Crabb Family‘s first project in over eight years–20/20–has been nominated for a GRAMMY Award. The Daywind Records project is nominated in the Best Roots Gospel Album category. The nomination was announced last week by the Recording Academy.

The Recording Academy will present the GRAMMY Awards on Sunday, January 31, 2021, in Los Angeles, CA. The GRAMMY Awards will be broadcast on CBS at 8:00 p.m. ET. Additionally, the GRAMMY® Premiere Ceremony, where the majority of the 84 categories of awards are handed out, will be streamed live on Grammy.com earlier that day.

Via social media, Jason Crabb said: “So excited and honored for our family to be nominated for the 63rd Annual GRAMMY Awards! Thanks to all the Recording Academy/GRAMMY members for this honor and to the entire team at Daywind Records. Thank you, GOD, for giving us the reason to sing. WE LOVE YOU ALL!”

One of the most successful family groups in history, The Crabb Family, delivered their first album in over eight years, 20/20, in early 2020. The highly-anticipated project from the iconic family, filled with ten songs full of faith, hope, and encouragement, was released three formats: digital, cd, and vinyl. 20/20 was produced by Jason Crabb and Scott Godsey.

The Crabb family name has become synonymous with top-tier Christian music for over 20 years. In August of 2007, the group transitioned into separate ministries until they reunited for the Crabb Family Celebration Tour in 2011. Since then, the family group has returned to the touring scene for the Reunion Tour in 2015, the Encore Tour in 2019, and this year for the 2020 Vision Tour.
