“The Singing in the Smokies” is back!!!

For decades, the sounds of Southern Gospel music echoed through the hills of Bryson City, North Carolina, a beautiful little town nestled in the Great Smoky Mountains. A staple of the July 4th weekend, The Singing In The Smokies welcomed friends from around the world as The Inspirations hosted the leading artists of Southern Gospel music.

The singing grounds have been silent for a few years, but largely thanks to Troy Burns (longtime Inspirations lead vocalist), that changes in 2024! Make your plans now to be in Bryson City July 4-6 for three nights of the music that made the city famous—and yes, The Inspirations will be there each night. In fact, the quartet is planning the ultimate 60th Anniversary Reunion for July 6th!

The following artists will be joining us… The Troy Burns Family, The Kingsmen Quartet, Greater Vision, Karen Peck & New River, The Mark Trammell Quartet, Jeff Tolbert & Primitive Road, The Chuck Wagon Gang, and The Griffith Family. Singing News Vice President Danny Jones will serve as emcee for the weekend.
